Community Data Requests/Linkages

We now offer custom data linkage services for a small fee.  An overview of the process for this service is as follows:

    1. Visit CPC Data Portal
      1. Click “Restricted-Use Data” tab
      2. Add the dataset you are interested into the cart
      3. Click “Cart” on the top navigation menu
      4. Follow the instruction to checkout
    2. Wait for further instructions from CHNS staff (e.g., payment)
    3. Login and go to your Applications. If you have submitted any applications, you should see them. Click on it and you should see a list of your linkage request submissions.
    4. CHNS staff will contact with you to arrange the data download

The China Health and Nutrition Survey (CHNS) was designed to examine the effects of the health, nutrition, and family planning policies and programs implemented by national and local governments and to see how the social and economic transformation of Chinese society is affecting the health and nutritional status of its population.
